Hi Jason, A great article as usual and well written l just want to add useful comments from my own perspective, as l have an elderly mother that will not move out of the chair since falling 11 times. Having been in the care industry for over 4 years l had been shown that movement of any limbs however small was beneficial to enabling better movement and when combined with walking provided better hand eye co-ordination. This together with adequate fluid and good food intake enabled quicker healing of the body. So l would concur that we are able to use more cognitive ability when we are more active, but also that this together with good food, fluid and fresh air will enhance lifespan for all elderly people. Ian

PS l like your new tool-bar l must find out how to get one keep up the good work will post article on our blog. Kindest regards, Ian
