This is my all time favorite tea, although I still don't know how to pronounce it. I love it with vanilla soy milk and a touch of honey.

Great site, btw!!!

Caution, there is a lot of fluoride in this tea. Not as much as Green Tea, but enough to cause quite a lot of problems in some people. Fluoride really dumbs down the brain, calcifies the Pineal Gland, and shuts off spiritual/mental powers. It's the ultimate pacifier.

While this IS a superfood, I'd use it in moderation, or stick to Tulsi.

I tried drinking South African Rooibos tea but it gave me the same symptoms, despite having no caffeine at all. Now I know why - the Rooibos plant stores fluoride in its leaves just like the regular tea plant.

Rooibos is my beverage of choice too...Rooibos makes a great iced and also makes a tea-licious culinary ingredient. If you like to cook, you can check out some Rooibos tea recipes at theteaspot.com
