I think that the supply chain in the organic food industry is not very efficient and it does not have the scale of the conventional food industry. Even though, the demand is increasing, it is nowhere close to what it should be for new suppliers to enter this market.

I wonder if there is a website dedicated to stretching your dollar out when purchasing organic food (or food…the way it was when our great grandparents were a live)? This shit is unbelievable. Now we have to eat foods that come in cans, bags and boxes. Well, that food is crap. I want food that has directly interacted with the sun…not this processed food crap.
